Darton supports the communities around its facilities & operations through charitable donations for schools, libraries, a park and corporate volunteering. In addition, the company offers financial assistance to various religious agencies working in the fields of education, healthcare, medical research, social welfare and environmental consciousness.

Finances the Oum Kaltoum complex in Casablanca (school for underprivileged children).
Offers 24 annual scholarships in Hong Kong, China, Israel, Bangladesh and Morocco.

Darton Group of companies has adopted the Fair Labor Association (FLA) Process. FLA is a system that enables companies to effectively implement the following procedures:
